A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not recount how much you enjoyed the view while your cash was "up".
